Flying through the Dutch capital
Flying through Amsterdam on my way to a faraway destination, I made the best of my connecting flight and engineered a quick stay. It was only a couple of days but enough to get the feeling of the city and catch up with my dear host, a Greek friend who has relocated there.
Amsterdam felt like a smaller -and infinitely colder- London , which is always a good idea.
