Private Ceramics Class with Kat
My talented friend Kat just opened her own Art Space in Kifissia (northern Athens) – a brand new hub for creative arts for young and less young people alike. Her specialty is ceramics and this is music to my ears since I am currently exploring concepts based on this medium. She invited me over for a preview of the space and it turned out to be a proper “playdate”.
Below is a mini review of what we did – obviously the decent looking vase is Kat’s doing while the more “experimental” one is my first attempt after 28 years of abstinence.
I also toyed around with a Cycladic-inspired version of my Gallerist book character and a lucky dice of my own conception. It was FUN.
